Returns & Refunds Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or refund within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
Items returned without prior approval.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact support@wristiva.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact us before filing a chargeback.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
