Returns & Refunds Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility
  • Customers may request a return or refund within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.

  • Items returned without prior approval.

3. Return Process
  • To initiate a return, contact support@wristiva.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Chargebacks
  • Customers are encouraged to contact us before filing a chargeback.

  • Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
